Welcome to the New Wave Logistics Competition

Are you ready to take on the world of logistics and supply chain management? The New Wave Logistics Competition
is a premier event designed to inspire and challenge students by immersing them in real-world industry scenarios. This competition brings together bright young minds to showcase their problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and innovative ideas in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Organised by the Hongkong Association of Freight Forwarding and Logistics (HAFFA), this competition offers a multi-phase journey blending logistics training, innovation, and public exhibition.

Timeline & Key Phases

May 17–31, 2025
Workshops & Expert Sessions

  • Join a series of hands-on logistics simulations and expert-led workshops tailored to your chosen innovation stream. Across three Saturdays, students will explore practical logistics skills, industry insights, and solution design — in three Saturdays totaling approximately 14 hours.

May 24, 2025
Stream Selection
  • During this period, teams will confirm one of the three innovation tracks that will shape their challenge focus:

    Smart City Logistics ｜ ESG in Logistics ｜ Entrepreneurship in Logistics

 
June 28, 2025
Online Consultation Session

  • A pre-final Zoom session will be held to provide participating teams with final guidance and support. Students may ask questions, clarify submission requirements, and receive last-minute feedback to fine-tune their work before the deadline.

June 29, 2025
Submission Deadline

  • All final deliverables must be submitted by 11:59 PM via the designated online folder. Late submissions will not be accepted. 

July 19, 2025

Exhibition & Scoring Day
  • Shortlisted teams will present and display their work during a public exhibition and live scoring session. Judges will assess presentations on-site. Further event details, including time and venue, will be announced on the official website.
July 20, 2025

Final Judging & Awards Ceremony
  • All finalist teams will deliver their final pitches in front of a professional judging panel. Winners will be announced and prizes awarded during the closing ceremony. Final logistics and agenda will be released closer to the date.
