Committee Chair

Leads the committee, makes key decisions, and represents the project at the highest level.

Vice Chair

Supports the Chair and steps in as needed; oversees venue and academic alignment.

Academic Advisor

Ensures educational relevance and integration with academic programmes.

Industry Advisor

Provides professional insights, supports case development, and validates real-world relevance.

Project Manager

Oversees day-to-day operations, planning, scheduling, and overall project delivery.

Training & Workshop Coordinator

Designs and manages the simulation training, seminars, and education sessions.

Judging Panel Lead

Develops judging criteria, assembles judging panel, and oversees evaluation.

School & Student Liaison

Coordinates with participating schools and manages student communication and logistics.

Secretary

Provides administrative support, prepares minutes, coordinates meetings, and follows up on action items.
