A high-level overview of the proposed roles and responsibilities of the Logistics Competition Steering Committee, ensuring clear governance, academic and industry collaboration, efficient project management, comprehensive training and workshops, rigorous evaluation processes, and strong administrative support.
Leads the committee, makes key decisions, and represents the project at the highest level.
Supports the Chair and steps in as needed; oversees venue and academic alignment.
Ensures educational relevance and integration with academic programmes.
Provides professional insights, supports case development, and validates real-world relevance.
Oversees day-to-day operations, planning, scheduling, and overall project delivery.
Designs and manages the simulation training, seminars, and education sessions.
Develops judging criteria, assembles judging panel, and oversees evaluation.
Coordinates with participating schools and manages student communication and logistics.
Provides administrative support, prepares minutes, coordinates meetings, and follows up on action items.
